COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beckhoff AM3053-0K40-0000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bost products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carlen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bost such as the B0080101A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30Y0BECID6 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CC290T3600ABMMCP10 by Manufacturer Carlen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand SV9F20AS2G0A00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dart-Controls such as MD10P equipment made by Dart-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dart-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dart-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VLT5032PT5C20SBR0DLF00A00C0 made by Danfoss as well as the popular BLA2412300TP101 original spares produced by Cleveland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6FDU4 by Dayton and MD10P spares by Dart-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10305180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comau. |
