COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bayside PX115-003-LB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the P18G3890 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P18A7204 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NM327195020219 by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand PS130690P3085 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Himmel such as P490982 equipment made by Himmel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Himmel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Himmel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMB32C20100000 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular MT30H444 original spares produced by Sem Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT4090SPECIAL by Baldor and P490982 spares by Himmel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM1850TFB3459803950 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
