COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bayside PG142-030 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ircon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the PM25RSB120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R25F05011220200 manufactured by Ircon and we are pleased to be able to service most Ircon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PXM4051A1AB by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sigma Brand S1CAH04120PVT0070UD1100C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as PP20012HSABBN5A equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RevA6 made by Axiomtek as well as the popular RIMLD1024 original spares produced by Amphenol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPD352305 by Siemens and PP20012HSABBN5A spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RTC003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
