COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bayside MB142-063 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued New-Square products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader New-Square such as the LAF3640036MV1027 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LXSH2SB150SB manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090C0GD3C110A2S018 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112D0HD4C130A0WI520LVS005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAC071C0GS4C095A0WI520LV equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M432NANO7208 made by Gettys as well as the popular LP090MX15010 original spares produced by Witenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM01349 by Lincoln and MAC071C0GS4C095A0WI520LV spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071C0NS4C095A0W1520LV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
