COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bayside , Parker , Thomson PS90-005-SD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei-Industrial-Encoder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Benshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei-Industrial-Encoder such as the H38D2000AB15V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BIPCRS6AK manufactured by Benshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Benshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C3350 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Benshaw Brand M183BRD3B6155A480C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei-Motion such as 92401029754 equipment made by Bei-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei-Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C70010000 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular H25ESS500ABZC7406RLEDEM18 original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AX520600000200 by Beckhoff and 92401029754 spares by Bei-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RSi003GP4B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw. |
