COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller DAF 160K 23R26-6UL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Binks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 95008303M7514ICD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 818810 manufactured by Binks and we are pleased to be able to service most Binks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BFK121004003010001 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLT3022175L2039097602H341 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as 1070079399103PSI6100625L1 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMX34AG01221N made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular COGNEX original spares produced by Cognex-Dm60q Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM153TC1 by Bosch and 1070079399103PSI6100625L1 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DKC0430407FWDKC43407FW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch. |
