COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller BUS21LB-7.5/15-31-221 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Astro-Med products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Astro-Med such as the DASH8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPC1500TN2702GB40SSXPDC manufactured by Nematron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D486571 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800NMEC1D1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raco such as C1010201450 equipment made by Raco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D212956 made by Tocco as well as the popular DS6400100012 original spares produced by Datalogic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CXLH0120 by Siemens and C1010201450 spares by Raco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS200SHVMG1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
