COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller BUS21L.7.5/15-30-213 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Performance-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromotion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Comau product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Performance-Controls such as the CPC396 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS040S12114 manufactured by Micromotion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromotion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR10155180COMAU by Manufacturer Comau as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800HRRA1C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DR1030B60 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3815PRDA1H1A made by Ge as well as the popular DL342K5A26070 original spares produced by Scientific-Columbus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS200SDCIG1AEB by Ge and DR1030B60 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDS021W050DS5500FW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
