COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller BUG2-60-31-B-010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carotron such as the CDC340000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM1020TA manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVX030A14A1B1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand SDB4140020D6120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Benshaw such as HDDCB33048012 equipment made by Benshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Benshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Benshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SE43401850 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular 1029AV575V100A original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AM30530K400000 by Beckhoff and HDDCB33048012 spares by Benshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 403CLSP0S16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleveland. |
