COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer undk 30u9103/s14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bircher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the FEDM12P5101S35A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P15428 manufactured by Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 241420 by Manufacturer Bircher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H29ESB1000ABZ7406RLEDSM18S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Caterpillar such as 9120020MSIPQ2942 equipment made by Caterpillar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caterpillar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caterpillar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 33019100169000 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular UA30CLD35AGM1TR original spares produced by Carlo-Ganazzi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 924010082326 by Bei and 9120020MSIPQ2942 spares by Caterpillar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 403500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bwi. |
