COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer g75p/300 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bhl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the FSF100A2002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82502091RC manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 468836 by Manufacturer Bhl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Capp Brand 80S51 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ccs such as 611GZEM8103 equipment made by Ccs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ccs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ccs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KIS3 made by Blh as well as the popular RF92C0G1A original spares produced by Bindicator Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M25DHSS2048NGD1RSC14X5 by Bei and 611GZEM8103 spares by Ccs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 221961070 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bellefram. |
