COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer UNDK 30N1703/S14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Centerline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Columbia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carlo-Ganazzi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Centerline such as the SE01AUG3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SH150S3R manufactured by Columbia and we are pleased to be able to service most Columbia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA18CLN12TO by Manufacturer Carlo-Ganazzi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H25GSB200ABC7406RLEDSM16S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 3301808005 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KIS2 made by Blh as well as the popular GMP10LT1 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 269601 by Bradley and 3301808005 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M25DXH4096NGD1XC14X5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
