COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer OZDM16P1001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Belix,-Factron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer-Electric such as the 58S1624K00256P25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 924010021135 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T6675 by Manufacturer Belix,-Factron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand AX51XX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Belimo such as NFX24S equipment made by Belimo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Belimo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Belimo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QTERMG55R made by Beijer as well as the popular YBZ5 original spares produced by Bendpak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H38D360AB7406RLEDSCULS by Bei and NFX24S spares by Belimo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 640000205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beijer. |
