COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer OPDK 14N3901/S35A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bindicator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Celesco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Caterpillar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bindicator such as the RF10PA0X1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT5A20S47UP10KM6M manufactured by Celesco and we are pleased to be able to service most Celesco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9120020MSIPQ2942 by Manufacturer Caterpillar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand 36A4011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bender such as IRDH265413 equipment made by Bender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bender" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1912685 made by Bwi as well as the popular SE01AXG2 original spares produced by Centerline Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82100252R by Cognex and IRDH265413 spares by Bender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 924010025255 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
