COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer ONDM16P50407240 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Buhler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carlo-Ganazzi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Buhler such as the N4VA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25GF1SB200ABC7406RLEDSM16S manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EC3015NNAP by Manufacturer Carlo-Ganazzi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chloride Brand L100MFUNIT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brad-Harrison such as 43142 equipment made by Brad-Harrison have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brad-Harrison products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brad-Harrison" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 92401036093 made by Bei as well as the popular LVP100201 original spares produced by Bindicator Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EC3015NNAP1071049 by Carlo-Ganazzi and 43142 spares by Brad-Harrison are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM8100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
