COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer OHDM16P5001S14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bk-Mikro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bernstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the DMR200S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TK100LIN01 manufactured by Bk-Mikro and we are pleased to be able to service most Bk-Mikro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6835205006TypeMAM733KSS by Manufacturer Bernstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cleveland-Kidder Brand mnPB1T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Checkpoint-Llc such as MPS1OR10235 equipment made by Checkpoint-Llc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Checkpoint-Llc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Checkpoint-Llc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H20DB37SS500AB3904RSM165VS made by Bei as well as the popular T3P2B original spares produced by Blh Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 330012022000 by Bently-Nevada and MPS1OR10235 spares by Checkpoint-Llc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
