COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer OHDK14P5101/S35A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 24680501CVV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80800021h manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8005870 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand CUS31A4A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 10257901 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMR9010SL made by Computer-Conversions as well as the popular FGMS04501 original spares produced by Corning Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS715B by Dolan-jenner and 10257901 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GZMA120200003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
