COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer OHDK 10P5101/S35A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bently-Nevada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Checkline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bently-Nevada such as the 330101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TE100 manufactured by Checkline and we are pleased to be able to service most Checkline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK92393 by Manufacturer Carron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brinkmann Brand 22663780 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beta-Sensorik such as I15B65TSIPS6K44 equipment made by Beta-Sensorik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beta-Sensorik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beta-Sensorik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 636101 made by C.j.-Anderson as well as the popular 300578 original spares produced by Computer-Components Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H25DSS2000ABZC8830LEDSM18S by Bei and I15B65TSIPS6K44 spares by Beta-Sensorik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S45707 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bradley. |
