COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer OADM12I6460/S35A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dolan-jenner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dolan-jenner such as the SS50010107 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDU81QN1A by Manufacturer Endress as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H25DSS5000ABC7273EM16S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Datalogic such as 1000020569 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPX228 made by Dynisco as well as the popular DM100X original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM0731S51C4M11N1 by Endress and 1000020569 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VRF2D2G1S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bindicator. |
