COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer IWRM12I9704S14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bently-Nevada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bently-Nevada such as the CB2W10032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 140160 manufactured by Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMR81000400 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand LTC033520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as H38P1000AC28VVSCUL equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 92401014323 made by Bei as well as the popular PT5E150S47DN100ABZCUDM18 original spares produced by Celesco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XH20DB37SS500ABZ3904RSM1424V by Bei and H38P1000AC28VVSCUL spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82502091RC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
