COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer IGF122425K109 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ccs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cambridge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ccs such as the CCST1024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 300TBB1NB1 manufactured by Cambridge and we are pleased to be able to service most Cambridge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X320 by Manufacturer Cas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brosa Brand EBM6111V3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bircher such as 241420 equipment made by Bircher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bircher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bircher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPKT00C5N0 made by Carel as well as the popular 3307050218100200 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H38D5000T2ABC8830LEDSCUL by Bei and 241420 spares by Bircher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H38D800ABC7406RSCULS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
