COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer IFFM 12P1703/O2S35L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlo-Ganazzi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Checkline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bircher-Herkules product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlo-Ganazzi such as the VPB1MNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TE100 manufactured by Checkline and we are pleased to be able to service most Checkline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESBlack by Manufacturer Bircher-Herkules as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cleveland Brand CLTSCIT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer such as OSDK10D9001S35A equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CPS220340012 made by Beck as well as the popular 20I4471S14C original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16699100102 by Bently-Nevada and OSDK10D9001S35A spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3309805000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada. |
