COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer IFFM08P37A6/KS35L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bold-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Camozzi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Burling-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bold-Technologies such as the 870Ds spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RFU482ampPSF100A manufactured by Camozzi and we are pleased to be able to service most Camozzi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B2C672 by Manufacturer Burling-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand DVT545C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bernstein such as KCNR20PS015KLP2 equipment made by Bernstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bernstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bernstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DNPT2 made by Brad-Harrison as well as the popular CEL287 original spares produced by Beckman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33023205101200 by Bently-Nevada and KCNR20PS015KLP2 spares by Bernstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 330171XXXX100205OR142824135 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada. |
