COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer IFFM08P3501/01S35L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ccs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ccs such as the LDR290RD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12I9502 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3301050212100200 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand BRIH40D3617K00512E29 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bradley such as S83139 equipment made by Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L25G5000T2ABZC7406SC12S made by Bei as well as the popular 4634760000 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the g75p300 by Baumer and S83139 spares by Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VDCNFB24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Belimo. |
