COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer FHDM-16P5001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei-Encoder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bautz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei-Encoder such as the E25bb8R1000ABC8830LEDSM16S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSK manufactured by Bautz and we are pleased to be able to service most Bautz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OADM20I4460 by Manufacturer Baumer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller Brand 20820864 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei-Sensors such as HS35F100R9BS1024ABZC28V equipment made by Bei-Sensors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei-Sensors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei-Sensors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25DSS600ABZC88C30LED made by Bei as well as the popular H25D600 original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C33300010 by Beckhoff and HS35F100R9BS1024ABZC28V spares by Bei-Sensors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
