COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer FFAK 17PTD1002/L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Blum product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the H25DSS1500AC8830EM16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CEL276 manufactured by Beckman and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P870634022NT by Manufacturer Blum as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Celesco Brand PT1A30UP10KM6SG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlo-Ganazzi such as EC3016NPAPL1 equipment made by Carlo-Ganazzi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlo-Ganazzi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlo-Ganazzi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M25DF1HSS1024NXD1CRSC14S24 made by Bei as well as the popular ENA100NG original spares produced by Bristol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M120ABM12CINS by Beta-Sensorik and EC3016NPAPL1 spares by Carlo-Ganazzi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 330171XXXX100205OR142824112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada. |
