COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer FDK14N5101/S35A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynisco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco such as the PT460E15M6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3391NA48P20CEKKCACZZM995 manufactured by Dynisco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynisco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3301020036100200 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carlo-Gavazzi Brand GAD1111115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electra such as DR1000 equipment made by Electra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4G7X made by Cognex as well as the popular PT450TA25C original spares produced by Dynisco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24701 by Bently-Nevada and DR1000 spares by Electra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82100231R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
