COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer Electric OEDM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beijer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei-Industrial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bec-Elektronic-As product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beijer such as the HT60cN1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25WF7SS10GC773CWSM14 manufactured by Bei-Industrial and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei-Industrial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUF121SIOV2 by Manufacturer Bec-Elektronic-As as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H25ESS900P4Z7406REM18S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as E25BB6RSB1000ABC772 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20817034 made by Baumuller as well as the popular 95GC1W00G0 original spares produced by Bd-Sensors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 900010000 by Bellofram and E25BB6RSB1000ABC772 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C724200010040 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bechhoff. |
