COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer Electric FLDK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beijer-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei-Industrial-Encoders parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beijer-Electronics such as the CIMREX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 92401039533 manufactured by Bei-Industrial-Encoders and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei-Industrial-Encoders systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSD271LO64O4554DBAKNPKANOAG1 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand MZ115039 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as CP70200010010 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ENAAD1 made by Baytek as well as the popular 0747012 original spares produced by Beijer-Electronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GABU551 by Bbc-Veritron and CP70200010010 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HS35F100SS20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
