COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer BMMH 42S1G24C10/15B25 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beck such as the CPS220340012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UNDK30N1703S14 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPS220340013 by Manufacturer Beck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 3301009000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bi40 such as BI40CP80FDZ30X2B1131 equipment made by Bi40 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bi40 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bi40" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VDCNFB24 made by Belimo as well as the popular FEAM18P3150S14 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10BODYGUARDIII by Bea and BI40CP80FDZ30X2B1131 spares by Bi40 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E25BBE4RSB2500ABZC8830SM18S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
