COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer 20I64/405010A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Broadley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 1824484034202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25GSB200ABC7406RLEDSM16S manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST95 by Manufacturer Broadley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 1904904 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Centerline such as SE01AXG2 equipment made by Centerline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Centerline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Centerline" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3307010030101100 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular ZADM022K1510001 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF92C0G1A by Bindicator and SE01AXG2 spares by Centerline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XHS35F50R2SS1024ABZC7272SM18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
