COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumer 07P6901/KS35A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boonton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Checkline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boonton such as the 56006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TE100 manufactured by Checkline and we are pleased to be able to service most Checkline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 330101 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 3307809100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlo-Ganazzi such as VC5510PNOP equipment made by Carlo-Ganazzi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlo-Ganazzi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlo-Ganazzi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CELISS0002KJX2Y125 made by Beckman as well as the popular 6316316259 original spares produced by Bernstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6729030 by Calgon and VC5510PNOP spares by Carlo-Ganazzi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L25G5000T2ABZC7406LEDSC12S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
