COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bauer D73734-1779971-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flender product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the CFM71MBRTFRH1LSB60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CEM3546 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA10M1B2P52N by Manufacturer Flender as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CNHM1H4105YB15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tri-glover such as C218MDG14TS equipment made by Tri-glover have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri-glover products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri-glover" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C42D28FC1B made by Leeson as well as the popular C6K17FK21L original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6T17FC3K by Leeson and C218MDG14TS spares by Tri-glover are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CWDM3546 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
