COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler T3E D1J B7S1F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlo-Gavazzi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Basler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlo-Gavazzi such as the DPC71DM23 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1111120 manufactured by Electromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BE15127R by Manufacturer Basler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand E53KAL30A2SA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Basler such as BE1851 equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRS65DC12V made by Fic as well as the popular AR660A original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80180001 by Crouzet and BE1851 spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C396C2A150SELAX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
