COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler Style No. M1HA 7P N4R0F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deutsch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electromatic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the DS4ESDC5V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 26WDK18AB manufactured by Deutsch and we are pleased to be able to service most Deutsch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST105120 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Crydom Brand D53TP25C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlo-Gavazzi such as DPC01DM69 equipment made by Carlo-Gavazzi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlo-Gavazzi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlo-Gavazzi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 217229 made by Hikari-Trading-Co.-Ltd. as well as the popular S1423156 original spares produced by Electromatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BFC3721 by Durakool and DPC01DM69 spares by Carlo-Gavazzi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D40RR43A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
