COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler G1E A1J B0C1F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 970TE105599 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C2K11B45000012 manufactured by Micon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G8P1A4P9DC by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cp-Clare-/-Whittaker Brand 908851 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as SJ135 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BE3GPRP1BVSF made by Basler as well as the popular DS7342SX070N0N original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT3001 by Cutler-Hammer and SJ135 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TFI522140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fairchild. |
