COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler E3F D1P D2S3F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crompton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the IQ502A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 253PHDUPQBXC6EC manufactured by Crompton and we are pleased to be able to service most Crompton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C2C1381000235 by Manufacturer Micon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Crouzet Brand 80180001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Basler such as BE15051B214 equipment made by Basler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KR1561 made by Fisher as well as the popular 6956ED451 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10VI10P108AD1RY8C by Festo and BE15051B214 spares by Basler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GAD1111115GAD1111115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi. |
