COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler BE3-GPR-P1BVSF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fairchild products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carriere product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the 22223 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DT3001 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 525150101 by Manufacturer Carriere as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 1Q504A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as 135724 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BD908012 made by E.dold--Sohne as well as the popular 84N472171 original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45TD200G01 by Comtrol-Rocketport and 135724 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12ICR53A1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
