COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler BE1-25/79S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the DT3001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1NC4QO manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2ND3HO122 by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Crouzet Brand 808550Y00049Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eurotherm such as 3216CCVHRRXXRXXXGENGEN equipment made by Eurotherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurotherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurotherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8151853048102 made by Sw-Dynalec as well as the popular A20B0007004004A original spares produced by Ge-fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FCA41066 by Cii and 3216CCVHRRXXRXXXGENGEN spares by Eurotherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS7342SX100N0N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
