COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barton Instruments FHCF33V4ADAYYAA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beck such as the 31M501128930101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMD3N24D8192C0D manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUS20160 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand AX51XX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer such as UNAM18P703 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BHK made by Baumer as well as the popular H25DS65000ABC773EM16S original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N7903R7 by Beijer-Electronics-Ab and UNAM18P703 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25DSS1000ABZ7406RLEDSM16S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
