COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barton FHCG-33V2T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jost parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron-Corp such as the IWS2511T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JF27400 manufactured by Jost and we are pleased to be able to service most Jost systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRJ2200CS100 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electric Brand IC3600VRCC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moog such as G772K240A equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FMD3AC22 made by Fuji as well as the popular M15514ICDQ original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHD071B061PP1UN by Rexroth and G772K240A spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HND65K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
