COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barton CS401XX0A1B1A2B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bradley such as the S83039 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CI2001A manufactured by Cas and we are pleased to be able to service most Cas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M25DHSS2048NGD1RSC14X5 by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Burns Brand Series200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer such as OPDK14N3901S35A equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FHDK26P5201S27 made by Baumer as well as the popular UNDK30N1703 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IFRM05P1501S35L by Baumer and OPDK14N3901S35A spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 241420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bircher. |
