COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barton CS401XX0A1B1A2A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Blh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ccs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the 18P5524 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U1C600lbs manufactured by Blh and we are pleased to be able to service most Blh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LKR708 by Manufacturer Ccs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand 01080011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as 92401004416 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PT42000501111110 made by Celesco as well as the popular H25DSS600ABZC88C30LEDSM18S original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3000402123602 by Bently-Nevada and 92401004416 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ONDM16P50407240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer. |
