COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barksdale 806H4-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Belden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 California-Alloy-Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the R911305536R911312244 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8471 manufactured by Belden and we are pleased to be able to service most Belden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4C4J4E3C60GC20JTB by Manufacturer California-Alloy-Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand 10P8914S35A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as HS25F62R10BS1024ABZC15VVSM12S equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IFK102431LampIFF102431L made by Baumer as well as the popular ZADM022K1510001 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92401002347 by Bei and HS25F62R10BS1024ABZC15VVSM12S spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 691108 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chesterton. |
