COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barksdale 305T2-12CG-11-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bently-Nevada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ccs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the H25GSB1250ABZC8830LEDED25S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3301050212100200 manufactured by Bently-Nevada and we are pleased to be able to service most Bently-Nevada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LKR708 by Manufacturer Ccs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H25DSS500ABZ8830LEDSM16S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer such as FZAM30N5004 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GMP10LT1 made by Baumer as well as the popular N185736 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IF5024P by Bell and FZAM30N5004 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CELISS002KF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckman. |
