COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bardac OD-42200-US parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bernard product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the AF95AD0C040CCC1L2M15M6N2V1Y7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM16 manufactured by Ct and we are pleased to be able to service most Ct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0A8M02596034 by Manufacturer Bernard as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cooper Brand TM12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bodine such as 30Y0BECID6 equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 131B6522 made by Danfoss as well as the popular 92000784 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 37434 by Cutler-Hammer and 30Y0BECID6 spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 131B1524 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
