COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barber Colman SIM-YORK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kasuga products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moog product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kasuga such as the Spindle spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPD200480Y3K manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T164907A17H122A by Manufacturer Moog as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand TPS02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Semikron such as SKN600004 equipment made by Semikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Semikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Semikron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ST110S08P0V made by I--R as well as the popular TMC4005100 original spares produced by Telesis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTB29533090Q by Kollmorgen and SKN600004 spares by Semikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TENSORDS7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas-Capco. |
