COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barber Colman MK-8901 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued C-P-Clare products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hartman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader C-P-Clare such as the LCA110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FGD1110 manufactured by Electromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DH7M by Manufacturer Hartman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has C-P-Clare Brand HGSM1183 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as SJ105724DC equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 114156724 made by Electromatic as well as the popular C306NN3 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T3ED1JB7S1F by Basler and SJ105724DC spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10E351 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
