COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Barber Colman MK-6621 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Battery-Power-Supply parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bbi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the CP7190000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45KW manufactured by Battery-Power-Supply and we are pleased to be able to service most Battery-Power-Supply systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BPSC05 by Manufacturer Bbi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei-Kimco Brand LA3043000A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer-Electric such as OHDM16P56 equipment made by Baumer-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25ESS900P4Z7406REM18S made by Bei as well as the popular 92401018116 original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 118098 by Baumer and OHDM16P56 spares by Baumer-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SEC0503007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Behr. |
