COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner SM312DQDP-81563 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Broadley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Broadley such as the D140B220PTD9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S45705 manufactured by Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DX80G9M6SP2 by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand ifr122635s13l in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 3309010008050100 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 215040000081002 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular VRF2A5G1A original spares produced by Bindicator Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12P50407086 by Baumer and 3309010008050100 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EI3015TBOSL6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Ganazzi. |
